CardioSmart™ is a patient education site of the American College of Cardiology Foundation. Patients can learn more about their cardiovascular condition, test or treatment. Here's how the program works:

• Download a copy of the camera-ready cards.
• Print them for your practice. The doctor then writes the name of the condition, test or treatment on the back of the CardioSmart card.
• The patient takes the card home and follows the easy directions to access more information on the American College of Cardiology website.
