CardioSmart is a patient education site of the American College of Cardiology Foundation. Patients can learn more about their cardiovascular condition, test or treatment. Here's how the program works:
Download a copy of the camera-ready cards.
Print them for your practice. The doctor then writes the name of the condition, test or treatment on the back of the CardioSmart card.
The patient takes the card home and follows the easy directions to access more information on the American College of Cardiology website.
